Then, after the approval of the emergency use, the island will increase the scope of immunization, and by August, 70% of its population will be vaccinated.
Sounds a bit over-optimistic tbh. Their vaccines aren't approved yet, so I think it's maybe a little bit too much to say that they'll be able to vaccinate 7 million people by August even if they started now, but idk.
