Not too easily. DSA is working on a campaign in conjunction with some other orgs to raise at least $100k to send them syringes, i think we're making the campaign live this week
But... Vaccines were only supposed to be possible under capitalism....
Sounds a bit over-optimistic tbh. Their vaccines aren't approved yet, so I think it's maybe a little bit too much to say that they'll be able to vaccinate 7 million people by August even if they started now, but idk.
