I don't really know what relationship they have with either Turkey or Greece. The one thing I can think of is that Turkey is quite friendly with Pakistan so maybe that's why. But I don't think Turkey ever had outwardly hostile relations with India and Greece-India relations are pretty close to completely irrelevant.
EDIT: Looked it up, looks like recently their relations have indeed become strained and it is mostly due to the Pakistan thing.

Turkey and Israel getting in a shooting war would definitely be a "rooting for injuries" situation.
Shame it would likely also kick off WW3.
