(By the way, found footage is my guilty pleasure, so most of these are going to be of that subgenre)
Savageland (perfectly hits my "Seconds From Disaster type tv documentary" kink)
The Bay (similar, plus kind of relevant with Le Covid. Also some gnarly body horror)
Grave Encounters 1 & 2 (recommend watching them back to back. 2nd one just goes completely to shit by the end but it goes from good to so-bad-it's-good quickly enough to hold attention)
Hell House LLC trilogy (though the first is the best by a good margin, they're all worthy watches)
The Strangers: Prey At Night (not THAT obscure, but has some incredible memorable scenes, plus the director did the new Resident Evil movie that's coming this year)
Hell Fest (honestly such a Halloween-y movie. Bad reviews but I got exactly what I came for)
Spree (2020) (just watched this one today!)
Unfriended and Unfriended: Dark Web (also not very obscure but damn if they aren't creative and fun)
(CRACKS KNUCKLES)

Thanks for such a long list, they all sound pretty cool! I felt the intensity, you must love horror too
