I do like how every interaction he has with the main cast is Rick telling him to shut up, that's fun.
I think it's kinda funny how the show was pretty much universally liked and respected until the third season and then Szechuan sauce and all that. I do think taken as it is the first two seasons are by far the best and they've been sort of meandering since. Like they had about twenty ideas and haven't been able to come up with much more since. It floundered pretty early.
The Sezchuan sauce thing was an okay bit that was run into the ground by terrible fans
If McDonald's hadn't decided to lean into it, or had correctly predicted the demand ffor the sauce before announcing its return, it's possible that the whole fallout might not have happened.
It's ok to enjoy it a bit. Just resist the white savior libertarianism.
Any show that has a scene where two main characters kick the shit out of Neo-Nazi is better than average.
I can't help but think that "Racist Snakes" was made just to piss off the toxic fans
Yeah some episodes are good and funny but then some are just needlessly edgy. I haven't watched it in a while, but I remember thinking the purge episode was just like "wot if there was violence and Morty killed an old man"
