Its just because i bought some tapioca starch to make pan de yuca to make pepperoni rolls with a while ago. Since i've switched to a mostly vegan diet, i've been fascinated with what i can do. Even convinced my girlfriend to cut down on meats to just twice a month.
Nice! Going vegan made me learn so much more about cooking. Last place I worked before covid was a vegan restaurant where we had a lot of leeway to make stuff up if we had an idea, got some really cool dishes out of it.
Nice! I'm not completely vegan because of my families history of hunting and fishing on our land predates colonialism, but i'm now fully comitted to avoiding farmed meats, eggs, dairy, etc.
