What's the real reason Virgil Texas left?
Removed by modThere was no farewell episode. An amicable split would look very different. We'd have a goodbye episode filled with virgil's best clips, brie & virgil would be on as guests pitching their show, etc. Instead there's just a soulless press release? Something happened!
Someone mentioned a reason on twitter, but deleted it after 30 minutes as it was potentially embarrassing:

The best explanation I've found is this one form reddit :
I think he had a falling out with Will, to be honest. When he "returned," he thanked Will for having him on, which was weird, and at some point he made a weird joke about Will when he wasn't there. Will cracked a joke about, "not being allowed to get mad" at Virgil. Anyway... really weird shit. I definitely don't believe the whole, "it was amicable," angle. Something happened.
Anyone here have any info?
Virgil traveled to Greece in about 19 BC to revise the Aeneid. After meeting Augustus in Athens and deciding to return home, Virgil caught a fever while visiting a town near Megara. After crossing to Italy by ship, weakened with disease, Virgil died in Brundisium harbor on 21 September 19 BC.
