In my youth I was a bit of a racist and I still have some residuals where I will get angry at a black, brown or non white dude who has an interest in white women.

How do I get rid of these ugly feelings?

You're not the voices in your head you are what you do. You are already demonstrating mindfulness of the intrusive thoughts, choose to not act on them or, better yet, as impetus for a deeper reflection about your emotional motivations for these feelings. That's what i do... i like to use personal accountability as my guidebook for leading from the front. Lead on, Comrade!

The thoughts go away slowly over time. Continue self crit, continue mindfulness, continue education, and ofc do not act on these thoughts. It's important to recognize them and understand why they are wrong though. I myself was raised in a very conservative environment and left with racist thoughts. Obviously I havw recovered from that brain disease a while ago, but even still sometimes i have some issues with this. It gets easier over time and generally goes away though, but it's a process
