I was just thinking that if the black lady in this picture is old enough, she would have been among those sterilized in the 90's by the country she's serving.
Well the narrative is that POC are decent folk who dont want to resort to violence and then there are all these out of town white wreckers turning peaceful protests into riots.
The black woman as a cop and white person as a protestor affirms their idea that oppressed people both value and need order over sweeping change, and that those with the least to lose (whites) want the most to change.
