Google says she's only worth $120 Million, that's pretty low. Pelosi is worth 114.7 for only being speaker.
yeah those sites don't take into account a lot of things tbh, but a major thing is foundations/non-profits she is apart of which is a tax haven. Also idk if those include some of the newer projects she is working on like her Netflix shows, which I don't think are public from the looks of it how much she got paid.
Pelosi also has more than that I'd imagine as well, especially when we combine both these people's fortunes with their spouses.
Oh yeah for sure. It's just harrowing how civil servants are fabulously wealthy while average people can't afford cancer treatment.
yeah also one other thing is i don't believe she has released her tax returns since 2016, and since she hasn't planned on running again i'd imagine she has really entrenched her wealth massively since then. The Obamas got a fuck ton of money for their shows and book deals too.
This is why I maintain that Hillary being a president wouldn't have made much difference with regards to covid. We would have seen equally significant deaths.
Totally, maybe even more as congress would've been dead set against giving her any wins.
