      lol thats ANOTHER anti china bill, this one is a bit more direct in funding things like military in the indo pacific, doubling funding for rfa, specifically allocates millions to propaganda campaigns in hk, xinjiang, tibet, taiwan, and increases arms sales and cooperation with taiwan, etc
