If you would wake up in time to go to church, then it won't be that disturbing probably. It would just be like living next to a busy place anywhere else. You can't soundproof though. Too expensive. But I slept with earplugs in for about a year because my dog would always lick her feet and wake me up, and it's not that bad. Sleeping with foam earplugs works well.
I can tolerate a lot of shenanigans though. It really depends on your temperament.
