Then hidden in the article: China, France, Hong Kong, and the USA say it's nothing.

Edit: And as far as there is any issue, it's a direct result of American sanctions 🙃

    To add to Teekeeus' post, this article from El Reg explains that it's nothing to worry about. It's apparently a minor fuel rod issue that many plants experience worldwide.
