Hunter Biden stuff is kinda irrelevant for the most part, as shit as the Bidens are no one is really that responsible for their children this much once they turn adult. The bigger problem is how the system is set up that rewards these failchildren in the first place and how bourgeois patriarchy especially empowers male failsons to always be awful like this.
