Jumping in first in the thread cus I back squatted 300 for 3 as my top set yesterday. Not back to a PR but getting close to where I was pre-pandemic.

I ran for 2.5 miles the other day for the first time in several months as I attempt to crawl my ass out of a depression pit. My legs are feeling recovered today so I'll be going for another run after work today and I'll be pushing for 3-3.5. I fully intend to literally run from my problems :anprim-pat:
