I've been seeing more and more content online, memes and such, calling Confederates traitors and praising the Union. I mean I agree with the content of the memes but the aesthetic is very strange.
Its the whole "by your own logic" debatebro tactic. It's extremely ineffective and reminds me of Ben Shapiro type shit, because human beings don't work that way. It won't work, because you're using their own bullshit framework. Base your arguments in reality instead and it's much better.
I don't think it is though, because it's unironic. When you do the "by your own logic" thing you're supposed to point out how their logic leads to contradictions, so if anything they're agreeing.
