It kinda seems like they’re just some fuckin YouTube dorks. I’m not really sure why everyone is acting like they’re a big deal.

    With him being a public figure who is very publicly advancing homophobia and transphobia, I think his sexuality---which would otherwise absolutely be his personal business that we've no right to pry into---becomes by virtue of his public actions a matter of public interest. Open to critique on this.

      i have nothing against other people exposing the hypocrisy and all, but personally i think "exposing a homophobe for being gay" can sometimes feel similar to "making fun of somebody for being gay (progressively)". Like think about those cringey reddit posts about how Putin is gay, it kinda reminds me of them. Once again, im not against the entire concept, but sometimes it give me bad vibes and i personally like to avoid it
