I like using audiobooks for this (I straight up can’t sleep without something to hear). The issue is remembering to screenshot the time stamp before putting the phone away so you have an idea of where to pick up again.

If you google audiobook bay it seems sketch but haven’t had any issues except niche stuff isn’t there and the search function is terrible.
