This is a regular thing for many people; it is most likely linked to your DNS setup somehow. If you're using firefox, try whitelisting archive.ph / archive.is from the DNS-over-HTTPS feature, if that feature is currently enabled for you.

If that doesn't work, switching DNS servers might help (do restart your browser after doing it).

I have seen some instances where neither will help, mind you.
