I love these Japanese hobby books from the late 80's early 90's. Otaku culture was so weird and wild back then, like this is clearly a hobby book for probably military otaku about american police and tactics. It's cool, it feels like a bygone age before shit got homogenized and focused too much on uncomfortable little girl shit. Also this picture is hilarious and spot on.
According to Merriam-Webster dictionary:
