Saying improve makes it sound like it comes from a negative image in the first place when in reality it's incredibly popular to begin with they just want it to be even better, pump those numbers up, get 20% of the adult population politically educated and into the party.

I think some realistic expectations are good! The best we could probably expect is probably a 0.3-0.5% per year. So it would be 10-20 years to get another 10% in there.
