Quivering sycophantic lump of a host asks one single teensiest bit adversarial question and Jimmy Dore predictably has a screaming freakout wherein he rants about wanting to punch Ana Kasparian in the face: pic.twitter.com/eDw3r5Zexd— gato fumador ❼ (@KweenInYeIIow) July 5, 2021
After reading up on this situation, everyone involved in this is a piece of shit.
I'm a reformed Daily Show guy, so I won't pretend to be above watching liberal shit heads from time to time.
But I have never grasped the appeal of TYT or Jimmy's show. Or the Majority Report, tbh. Like, I hear Dave Anthony get all defensive about his friend Jimmy and all I can think is "Why do you continue to go to bat for this asshole? You're better than this."
TYT has always been bullshit since back in the day. Never for a second did I believe Cenk had a return to Jesus type moment when he supposedly renounced his Republican ways. You'd always read bits and pieces about how everything wasn't how it seemed in the background with TYT.
I kind of get MR. Seder was alright relatively speaking, with a big emphasis on relatively. Lot of people use his videos dunking on Libertarians as references, and he does a very good job with those. Outside of that, it's clear that he's still very much attached to liberal media with his forays into NBC networks. With the passing of Michael Brooks, it's clear Seder wanted to take the show in a less radical direction. There were many occasions where him and Brooks would butt heads because of Seder's incapability of understanding the liberal premises undergirding some of his arguments. He also didn't take too kindly to Jamie on many occasions either, and it's obvious that played a role in her leaving the show.
Dore is just a shitshow. Everything related to the TYT tree seems 🤡 world status. Rubin fell from that same tree too.
Honestly the passing of Michael Brooks was a huge blow for any leftist renaissance on YouTube. Some of us probably didn't agree with him on everything, but from everything I've heard about him, he seemed to be a very genuine person and really was intent on forming a unified leftist front.
