what gets me about the Cuban stuff is like, you see no armed fucking riot gear police come down on these reactionaries screaming for the overthrow of the government unlike in America and Europe last summer when the hot take was 'black people should actually be equal to white people'. part of that is numbers for sure, but also the Cuban police never reacts with a heavy hand even against the most disloyal opposition funded by a foreign power trying to topple their government
how can you think that Cuba is some dictatorship when the so called 'free world' beats children and old men asking for their fellow citizen to be treated as humans and then in Cuba they're literally allowed to express their dissent towards the government even when it is openly reactionary and against the government
