So I watched Parasite in March and thought it was amazing and then watched Snowpierce and then Knives Out this month. At least mild socio-political commentary and a really gripping storyline are the combination of things that usually makes me love a project. On my to-watch list is: Burning, The Florida Project, and the new Immigration Nation doc on Netflix. In the past I've loved Community, You, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. I'm down to watch anything but maybe something kind of hopeful or at least not soul-crushingly grim?? Okay thanks fr reading and hit me with ur best shot!!
Mr Robot is essential viewing. Extremely well-written, well-acted, and well produced as well as quite based. 4 glorious, confusing, heart-wrenching seasons. The best show, as a whole, ever made, imo. Please watch it haha. You will love it if you loved Parasite and Snowpiercer.
Also, if you haven't seen Westworld yet, also watch it. The first season is an absolute masterpiece, it is perfection.
