What a loaded fucking way to phrase that..
"Approval of change to democracy."
Oh okay, I guess disagreements about what constitutes democracy are automatically assumed in favor of bourgeois/neoliberal conceptions. I'm sure the homeless, victims of human trafficking, and perpetually precariously employed feel so democratically included in our system. I love how majority supported policies and reforms are impossible to institute in our current system because some kind of absurd compromise needs to be reached between our neo-feudal owning class and the rest of us. How 'democratic.'
No wonder Hungary and Ukraine goes really fucking hard in the social conservatism department. Gotta distract the populace with a crusade against the LGBT to distract them from their material conditions.
In the Soviet Union, dissenting opinions were violently suppressed.
I’m almost skeptical. I can’t believe Hungary, Poland and Ukraine are that high.
Could be sampling people who were adults when their countries liberalized
it doesnt say worse either, for most people life is prolly exactly the same, they work a job that gives them enough to survive but not much more
Capitalism is better because when you see those top shelf items, you can technically choose to purchase them if you have the money. It's why I'm okay with mansions and luxury yachts!
what? :confusion:
my post was about wage slavery, not "communism everyone same"
I didn't think you meant that. I was trying to get in on the joke, but I fumbled I guess.
:ohnoes:
rofl you're fine lmao
the comment just reads to me like a direct attack at what I said, but I also suck at picking up that kinda stuff with random ppl :meow-floppy:
