I don't view my friends or family as lesser than me but it saddens me when they start talking about politics and I can tell they've been influenced by the lies we hear every day. Good rhetoric comes with time and education. Sometimes it's also just a matter of having heard the exact same arguments over and over for long enough that you have responses already chambered.
