It will be an utter disaster but I could only hope it would implode not only the republican party but also the democrats because people will be so pissed off at them for losing that no amount of russiagate conspiracy could ever placate. America is failing at a remarkable speed. If the dems get smoked in the mid terms without actually accomplishing a fucking thing, every reasonable American will lose the last of their faith in the system. The Republicans could run literally anyone and cruise to win in 2024.
