Pits have been banned for years here in Norway. I wonder if there are any articles in US media calling Norway "authoritarian" because of that.

Honestly I'm going to start googling increasingly more reasonable sounding policies and see if western media ever calls them anything but "authoritarian".

Edit: behind Beijing's authoritarian green-yellow-red light system used to determine right of away at an intersection.

"Reasonable" policies in western countries are "authoritarian" policies in non-western countries, sweaty.

The Chinese government did an awareness campaign about nutrition a while back and they called it an authoritarian power grab.

Come to think of it, every lib I know who was in school during the Obama pres blames her for their lunches being bad. I try to explain to them that school lunches were shit before 2008 too, but they don't listen.

Somewhere around 2004, once a week school lunch was a slice of soggy bread with tomato sauce and cheese on top and a cosmic brownie. That was the lunch we all looked forward to.

What's the standard punk dog then? Pretty much every dog I know is a pitbull

I get buttmad about pitbull bans cause it's province by province here whether they're banned or not so people have had their dogs taken travelling through the wrong place and getting caught by the wrong cop. They're generally very sweet dogs

Yeah, the bans aren't based on anything besides some people think they "look scary". But a Rottweiler, which if you ask me looks much more menacing (and very often are), or a Rhodesian Ridgeback the size of a small horse is somehow ok. It's nonsense.

Yeah they for sure look scarier. I've never met any. Pitbulls are just silly big goofy dogs

Ahh, nice. My landlord doesn't allow pets unfortunately, which sucks. But the rent is low and he never bothers me so there's that.

I have a half Bengal kitty named Darby Crash as well. Found out recently the landlord is selling the place so we're most likely gonna have to move. Which fucking sucks cause it's about a third of what rent normally is here and pretty much exactly what the three of us who don't work can afford

Thanks. Anyone that buys it will have to tear it down and start again to do anything. It's borderline illegal to live here. So we're for sure gonna be renovicted. Fucking sucks cause it's one of the last affordable places to live. Minimum rent exists but it's fucking $1400 a month. Three of us pay $1500 for a big three bedroom with an extended living room that is a jam space right now. It's a shitty situation.
