What do you expect me to do with the ones that I already have? There's a lot of cats on this planet, are they all supposed to just live in shelters? Not letting them go outside unsupervised is taking responsibility. Keeping them inside would be cruel. I'd let them out even if they didn't scream at me about it. I'm not going to deprive them of being outdoors

Its a pet. One that is specifically devastating to the local environment if allowed outside.
No one forces you to own them. Take some responsibility. Or just get less devastating pets idk. Like a rabbit.
