What a wacky development. Heard that the(even more), far right elements are not happy about this, but I don't know how true that is. I assume they are doing this because they see the way the wind is blowing, or they might be trying to establish friendlier relationships with Russia indirectly. Maybe both, maybe neither I honestly don't know. Would be interested to hear the takes of those who are more well read about the situation.
