    Did Maduro get some reassurance from Russia or something? I know it's election for Maduro, but this seems almost suicidal to provoke the US Imperialists so openly. Russia of course benefits because it means more distraction away from Ukraine.

    Nobody is really looking good in this situation. Exxon on one side is trying to find a new frontier to extract resources from, but I do not approve of an annexation of a disputed territory by Venezuela
