        No I totally agree. It moved me through the pipeline for sure. But there stances on like, medicare for all, Bernie (when I was still a lib), and their pod save the world with international politics just made me become angry and think that there has to be better stances than this.

      OTOH, they did serve as a useful waystation between my quasi-libertarian, "let's have a government the size of the one in Sim City" to what I am today. So idk...

          Not even critical support. Just, I can recognize the place it had in my life. Like my shitty ex who tried to run me off the road. I certainly learned things about myself due to her, but she still sucks.

            That’s valid and is largely how I feel. I wouldn’t be here and know what I know now without those experiences. I view my time in the army in the same light, but I am more critical and have a nuance about that time.
