KoFi is mentioned often by YT channels that I consume for non-reoccurring payments. I have no experience with this service.

Assuming you use banks...

This might be necessary, but you could see about opening a separate bank account to receive these payments. A bank should be okay with setting up your online account with separate log in credentials from any personal account you may have, if you feel the need to have that layer of separation between business and personal. Make sure they don't charge fees to transfer money between accounts. If you're using different banks, specifically ask about transferring money between different bank's accounts online: fees, expected delay in the transaction.

Extra anonymity, but maybe not enough to matter much, get a PO BOX separate from your regular mail box. Possibly in a different city, if the transport and PO BOX rent costs aren't going to break your budget.
