Actually believing that there is some sort of built-in disposition towards racism amongst citizens living in the west?

Hear me out - bostonians tho.

i think all the commenter meant was that the idea of the 'west' and white identity in general is founded on racism by racists using racist ideologies and its culture is a racist culture whose media and traditions promote and create and perform racism more than many other cultures. its not a 'built in' disposition in terms of biology, but of history and culture, society and propaganda.
