          Yeah, sorry. Was nerding out over "Tin Man"'s guitar -- based on the headstock and body shape, it looks like a Jackson Dinky series. What's odd about using that for jazz, funk, or hip-hop is that the neck profile makes it sort of difficult to place your fingers in the right spots for the chords that he's playing -- most guitarists in those genres will use something with a more "rounded" fingerboard radius, while Jackson's stuff is usually like a flat fucking plank. It does you no favors if you're trying to throw in weird dissonant notes like a suspended 19th or whatever the fuck for "texture." You can do it on a flatter board, but the neck profile and fingerboard radius on those things is usually better for doing really fast single-note runs (e.g., hair metal).

          Granted, they probably just got a student-level Dinky at a pawn shop to use as a prop for the video, but it wasn't something I expected to see in a Coup video. Especially after having just snagged a Dinky for a modding project.

          TL;DR: Dinky-brain.
