green peppers are immature and their seeds are usually nonviable
I thought this was going to be that tweet where the mayo says "you can get 50 seeds from a pepper, plant them all and sell for $1. Then save the seeds and grow 1000 peppers and sell for $2." etc etc
I love growing plants, it's great and eating stuff you've grown yourself is incredibly rewarding, but it's not a revolutionary act. Don't trick yourself into thinking you're doing a revolution just because you're planting plants.

Yeah, they need a decent amount of sun in my experience. 3-4 hours won't cut it. You probably need closer to 6-8
