    The trick is to have easy apply enabled but the instruction is that only applications sent by carrier pigeon are reviewed.

        My favorite was a company that made a sketchy personality test for hiring whose process was you had to do their sketchy personality test first. I'm pretty sure their job postings were fake and this was just their way of getting data on the test.

          One of the things you learn as you get older is that looking for a job is a lot like looking for a date. Apps are good for a fling, but you really need a referral before you're going to get into a long-term relationship.
