The poor people homes are taking up all the space that the rich people use for golf courses and airports. This is a tragedy.
That's the picture they're going with? In an American city you'd have a bunch of different sized and quality buildings sporadically dispersed and probably less trees. This really doesn't look depressing at all, and there are better pictures to get that point across if you wanted. Hell, splash some paint on them and it'd look pretty, set aside more park space (which may just be out frame anyway) and it's golden. Not to mention these buildings were uniformly and hurriedly built to actually house the whole population, not the highest bidders. Perhaps one that's accomplished you can go about making more 'unique' complexes, because priorities
