There was a youtube video, but it was just a slideshow of pictures. I want to see it attempt a turn. Like is it similar to an articulated bus, just not obvious in these pictures?
It's most obvious in the latter photo because whatever flexible material was used at the joint is now gone and the gap is plainly visible.
America had so much industrial capacity in the 70s and they chose to use it for shit like this. I would love to meet the people trained to drive it though

Well apparently it was never road legal, so imagining is all anyone can do!
ATVs and those mini dirt bikes can be fun, but especially with ATVs, should not be driven on pavement unless they have road tires. Those grippy offroad tires have great traction, but that also makes them easily flip over an ATV when it's on pavement and moved/turned quickly.
The best part? This thing was literally named "American Dream".
