    Pumpkin is s-tier because it's the only melon that can end up in a pie.

    Also bitter melon deserves more credit for tasting like ass but still getting eaten by a ton of people. That's ingenuity folks.

    Bitter melon is amazing in Japanese cuisine. This is an Okinawan staple that I ate when given the choice between some of the world's best sushi and ramen. The goya is like a turbopickle.

    Spaghetti squash is good! Mix it with some cinnamon, a pinch of cloves, some salt and a drop of honey. Super good stuff and super good for you, like 60 calories for a bowl of the stuff.

      If you're diabetic or on a low-carb diet, you can use it as a substitute for actual spaghetti, too, since it has so little glycemic impact. I like to hack one in half, scoop out the seeds. and brush the insides with a little bit of olive oil and maybe add some salt and pepper. Place the halves cut sides down in a baking dish, and roast for about an hour at 350 F while preparing some sauce... Pull out the "noodles" with a fork, and serve with pasta sauce.
