  • Strength training.
    we can find a starting strength program which I think is still the current go to. Basically you lift a few weights and grow some muscle. The muscle starts needing more calories so the calories that would be going to fat now get put to being swole and flexible. Then if you do any cardio you will have extra muscle to move and that is more effective as well.
