No, doesn't look like it. As far as I can tell, the article is about how trivial side effects are investigated, as well as those affecting mostly men, but this side effect which affects only women has gotten little to no research and is ignored by the FDA.
There's a few slightly liberal bits, but unless there's some fundamental scientific issue at play here that I'm missing, it seems like an OK article.
Yeah there's some anti-vaccine passport rhetoric here too - that's the liberal shit I was talking about. Though as far as I read it wasn't very extreme, and the article does make some good points.
