What do you mean? Asking this in good faith, do you think the occupation should have continued? I would definitely think that the end of the war is about the least horrible option of the ones that exist.
I don't know, it's just making predictions about how good a far right religious government would be is something I wouldn't dare. But yeah, I get the point about an immediate peace being preferable to continuing the fucked up situation.
