completely unrelated, but that's how they recruit in Charter Schools. They used a referral system to hire kids in their 20s, overworked tf out of them to the point of mental breakdown in non-union system, then the person who refers gets 10k in bonus. Vicious cycle. Feel better x

Much lower barrier of entry for a facsimile of the same thing I imagine. Like getting a prostitute is illegal most places so you could get scammed, robbed, or arrested, you have to get off the computer, and it's much more expensive up front
