I'd like to be wrong, but my initial reaction is that this looks like it sucks. They recreated Spike's outfit too perfectly and I just think it looks weird if it's not animated.

In the anime, she doesn't show up until 9 episodes in. Seems they made 10 episodes here, they probably haven't even casted her yet (probably waiting to be renewed for more episodes).
