the youtubers I watch are like, hbomberguy and dunkey, random guys taking apart 1960's sunbeam toasters, and eletronics repair videos. I watch them through youtube-dl and mpv so I don't have ads or autoplay or recommendations
the only thing I've ever used twitch for is music (virtual concerts), and again I use youtube-dl and mpv, so no chat or ads
