Honorable mention to The Last Dab Carolina Reaper (8.5/10 spiciness), but it's too hot to be an everyday sauce. Too hot to reach my favorites list.
The top five was harder to narrow down than expected and misses great sauces like Hotter Than El (4/10 spiciness), which I finished a bottle of in less than a week.
My partner turned me onto Indian food, then we started watching Hot Ones, then we made some hot sauce of our own, and now....well....there are 30 distinct bottles of hot sauce in our fridge and more unopened in our pantry....so.....I have a problem.
I've had far worse bits. I think this is less a mental health thing and more a "frustrated that the world is actually, legitimately super terrible" moment.
I'm basically back to living meal-by-meal, where the only reason I get out of bed is to make tasty food.
Thank you, hot sauce, for making me feel...

Thanks! I will take a look and probably grab the chipotle. Sounds the most unique, given my current collection of sauces.

That small axe one looks good AF
It is so fucking good on burgers and also hot dogs and also tacos.
It's ok on eggs.
Would not recommend for mac and cheese.
