Blue maga did a somewhat better job treating covid as real problem and pushing for shitty versions of helping people like "lockdowns" and very conditional aid. That all stopped the moment Trump stopped being president. The only thing that would have changed if Trump won is democrats would have put a small bit of effort into staying mask on instead of going fully mask off, literally and figuratively.
