It's about the same level of inaction, all around. It's more disappointing under Biden because you at least expected him to do something. Everyone knew Trump wasn't going to give a shit so long as the economy kept chugging, but I'd like to think people are let down by Biden. After all, the big promise of Biden over Trump as at least Biden takes covid seriously.
