Oxygen is going to be an interesting/horrifying thing to keep track of until the city recovers. Oxygen generators are big and either attach to the hospital or supply from centralised factories. Those generators are also used in wastewater treatment for ozone sterilisation so the quality of drinking water will rapidly tank.
